Hackathon AETL Janvier 2025

Following the success of its first hackathon, the "InterSchool Transport Challenge," held in January in Paris, the AETL (Acteurs, Élèves et Étudiants du Transport et de la Logistique) (Actors, Students, and Students of Transport and Logistics) continues its commitment to innovation and training talent in the sector. The association is partnering with Top Transport, the leading event for transport and logistics, hosted by Comexposium One to One.

The two organizations will organize an immersive hackathon on October 15, 2025, dedicated to the strategic issues and innovation challenges of transport and logistics. The event will be held at the Palais du Pharo in Marseille, as part of the 33rd edition of Top Transport. Shippers, carriers, logisticians, and supply chain students will participate in this ideation and creation marathon, designed to generate innovative solutions that will redefine the profession's careers. Supervised by mentors and experts, participants will collaborate in teams before presenting their projects to an exceptional jury composed of executives and key players in the sector.

AETL is seeking sponsors to support this initiative

To ensure the success and impact of this hackathon, AETL is seeking sponsors to support this ambitious initiative. Partner companies will benefit from visibility among key players in the transportation and logistics sector, while contributing to the training and development of tomorrow's talent. To participate in this unifying event, interested companies are invited to contact the association by email at: contact@aetl.fr

"This partnership with Top Transport is a fantastic opportunity for our students and young apprentices to demonstrate their talent and capacity for innovation. This hackathon perfectly embodies our mission: to support the new generation in meeting the challenges of tomorrow's transportation and logistics," said Olivier WEITIG, President of AETL.

"Transportation and logistics are at the heart of economic and environmental transformations. This event allows us to highlight the innovations and talents that will shape the future of the sector," continues Jérôme Letu-Montois, Director of Top Transport.

"Faced with a constantly evolving transportation environment, the AETL is organizing this hackathon to mobilize young talent. In a world where information about parcels is as essential as the goods themselves, where environmental issues often clash with the expectations of impatient customers, and where artificial intelligence is taking its first steps, the search for innovative solutions to optimize operations and ensure more efficient flow management is more relevant than ever," analyzes Sorin Ciocan-Vladescu, AETL Ambassador, Director of Supply Chain & Logistics at the Kering Group.

"On October 15, in the legendary city of Marseille, the second hackathon will be held during Top Transport, a now unmissable event for the supply chain world." This event is a continuation of the first hackathon organized in January in Paris, which was a great success. Young talents from transport and logistics schools in France will come to compete, demonstrating common sense, responsiveness, patience, pedagogy, resilience and many other qualities. Good luck to all! " concludes Jean-Claude PLA, AETL Ambassador, President of H2P and H3P companies.
