With 15 of its 21 industrial sites located in France, Riou Glass concretely illustrates the ambition of La French Fab to promote a sovereign and job-creating industry within the country. Each year, the company processes 100,000 tons of flat glass and offers high-value-added glass products for the construction, transportation, and other industries, demonstrating that innovation and local production can go hand in hand. This nomination highlights Riou Glass's role as a major European player that, while strengthening the "Made in France" label, actively participates in the transformation of its sector and the growth of a sustainable, innovative, and competitive industry, notably through the creation of a recycling stream for end-of-life window and door frames.
