The Panoptès Group, an expert in traceability, data processing, and RFID, IoT, and private 5G technologies, announces two strategic acquisitions. These transactions aim to strengthen its position as the leading provider of traceability solutions in France by offering a comprehensive offering combining software and hardware solutions.

In July 2024, Panoptès completed the acquisition of Atrium, a company located in Bagnolet, near Paris. Founded in December 2000 by David Oger, Atrium is recognized for its expertise in the distribution and management of mobile devices serving major industrial brands and retail chains. Following this transaction, Panoptès now owns 100% of Atrium's shares, making it a fully-fledged entity within the group. David Oger, a former executive, continues to support Atrium's development as Director of Operations.

In November 2024, the group completed a second strategic acquisition with the acquisition of Traza France. Based in Saint-Donat-sur-l'Herbasse, in the Drôme department, between Valence and Lyon, Traza France, founded in 1998, specializes in identification, biometrics, barcodes, and traceability. The company specifically distributes printers and labels for the industrial, transportation, and logistics sectors. Panoptès has acquired all of Traza France's shares. Sébastien Carteaux, former Director of Operations, joins the group as Director of Marketing and Partnerships.

With these two acquisitions, Panoptès strengthens its position by expanding its portfolio of solutions and expertise. "Our ambition is to consolidate our position as a key player in the traceability market. Our goal is to double our revenue within three years while maintaining our profitability." "Thanks to a comprehensive range of solutions, combining software and hardware, and integrating key technologies such as barcodes, RFID, and IoT, these strategic acquisitions enable us to better meet our customers' expectations by fostering commercial and technological synergies within our entities," said Claude Blanc, President of the Panoptès Group.

With the acquisition of Atrium and TRAZA France, Panoptès is expanding its geographic footprint. Already established in Vaucluse and Île-de-France, the group is consolidating its position in the southwest, particularly in Toulouse, while strengthening its presence in Valence and Lyon and expanding its activities in Paris. The group has achieved consolidated revenue of €15 million and employs 60 people.
