Audrey Lengrand appointed Head of Operations at IPP France

IPP, a European specialist in the rental and sustainable management of wooden pallets, has announced the appointment of Audrey Lengrand as Operations Manager for its French subsidiary.

Reporting to Romain Carcenac, Director of Operations, her mission will be to support IPP's strong growth by structuring and optimizing its logistics processes. Her role will cover the management of the rental company's 15 reconditioning depots spread across the country, asset monitoring at distribution companies, and the organization of transport operations.

14 years of experience in logistics

A graduate in logistics, Audrey Lengrand has expertise enriched by 14 years of experience in the sector. She began her career in 2011 at PSA as a logistics technician, before joining Bombardier in 2013 as a logistics engineer. In 2015, she joined the multinational Atos, specializing in digital services, where she played a major role for eight years at the supercomputer and server assembly plant in Angers. Promoted to logistics manager in 2019, she successfully manages all site flows, from goods reception to after-sales service management, including quality control and order preparation. In early 2024, she took over management of the Angers site of the company Le Fourgon, which specializes in the delivery of beverages and returnable products. Since last November, she has held the position of Operations Manager at IPP France.

"I'm excited to join IPP, a company whose commitment to circularity aligns not only with new consumer practices, but also with my values," says Audrey Lengrand. By 2030, IPP is aiming for 120 million pallet movements in Europe.
