IPP unveils “Intelligent Flow”, a strategic and partnership-based vision for pallet pooling
IPP, the European specialist in pooling and sustainable wooden pallet management, presents Intelligent Flow: a new way to support supply chains in the face of increasing complexity, fluctuating volumes, and heightened demands. This approach is part of an ambitious growth trajectory: to become the leading pooling partner in Europe, with the goal of doubling its revenue to reach €500 million by 2030.
In a context where supply chains are constantly evolving under pressure, performance is no longer simply about the availability of load carriers. With the launch of Intelligent Flow, IPP formalizes this reality and clarifies the strategic value of its pooling. IPP positions itself as a partner capable of anticipating needs, streamlining operations, and supporting the stability of pallet flows. "The performance of a supply chain today is not limited to availability. It relies on continuity, anticipation, and partnership. Intelligent Flow expresses how IPP supports its customers in this reality, on a daily basis , " emphasizes Thibaut Esnée , Regional Managing Director of IPP.
Intelligent Flow doesn't introduce a new promise, but rather aims to make IPP's existing operations more transparent. With a network of nearly 90 depots across Europe, IPP manages the availability, control, and recirculation of its timber load carriers according to the most demanding quality standards on the market. It also optimizes return flows, avoiding up to 100,000 kilometers of transport per year. This approach also supports IPP's ambitions for sustainability and growth. By 2030, IPP plans to double its revenue to €500 million and aims for a 30% reduction in CO₂ emissions per rotation, while helping its customers reduce their own carbon footprint by 20 kilotons.
A European campaign to assert its positioning
To support this partnership-based approach, IPP is launching a global communication campaign in eight European countries starting March 10th (digital campaign, LinkedIn Ads, etc.). This campaign highlights the distinction between a "supplier" and a "partner," emphasizing that "a supplier reacts while a partner anticipates ." In parallel, the company is launching its new website: ipp-pooling.com . Completely redesigned, it has become a digital hub for supply chain decision-makers. The platform offers a structured view of the company's services, solutions, and expertise (expert content, case studies, downloadable resources). It illustrates how Intelligent Flow is applied daily by integrating complexity management, circularity, and operational performance.
