Jérôme Ferrand appointed CFO of BOA Concept

The designer and integrator of robotic and software solutions for intralogistics, BOA Concept, announces the appointment of Jérôme Ferrand as Administrative and Financial Director (DAF). His mission will be to support the group's growth in France and internationally.

At 52, Jérôme Ferrand becomes the CFO of BOA Concept. Holder of a Higher Diploma in Accounting and Management (DSCG) from the University of Lille, and a Master 2 in corporate finance from EDHEC (Lille), Jérôme Ferrand began his career in 1996 within the firm Anglo-Saxon audit firm Grant Thornton as a trainee accountant. In 1999, he joined the graphite industry leader GrafTech as chief accountant, before being promoted to Administrative and Financial Director of the American company in 2004. From this date, he held the position of CFO for 20 years during his various successive professional experiences: from 2008 to 2010 for the pyrotechnics specialist Davey Bickford, from 2010 to 2014, within the hand tool manufacturer Mob Outillage, from 2014 to 2021 for the textile group Juliane , and finally from 2021 to 2024 at the industrial player in the wood sector Moulinvest. Jérôme Ferrand's long experience within international and listed companies will allow him to support the growth of BOA Concept in France and abroad, particularly in the context of its entry into the capital of the Belgian specialist in handling systems Easy Systems last February. The BOA Concept Group employs 140 people for a 2023 consolidated turnover of 27.5 million euros.
