Panoptès

The traceability expert announces the establishment of a new organization. Grouped under two strong business units, Panoptès France and Panoptès Services , this aims to consolidate the specialist's leadership in France while preparing for its international expansion.

This reorganization follows the successive acquisitions of the companies Atrium and Traza France, carried out between June and November 2024. Since September 1 , all of the group's entities are now united under the single name Panoptès Group , structured around two complementary business centers: a commercial center, Panoptès France , and a center of technological excellence dedicated to R&D and customer support, Panoptès Services , based at the company's head office in Cavaillon (Vaucluse).

A one-stop shop for a 360° traceability offer

Panoptès ' presence in the French market by offering a one-stop shop and a comprehensive offering of hardware and software traceability solutions. It creates technological and commercial synergies between the three entities— Panoptès , Atrium, and Traza —and offers the company's customers a comprehensive catalog, enriched by the expertise of each. This consolidation is accompanied by an ongoing recruitment campaign, designed to strengthen the presence of sales teams throughout France. On the technological front, the creation of the Services division intensifies R&D efforts, particularly through the development of new upcoming products, integrating prediction and artificial intelligence functionalities. This division will also provide operational support to the sales teams.

A founding act towards internationalization

With this new organization, Panoptès now intends to accelerate its development outside of France. Already involved in projects abroad (United Kingdom, Norway, Sweden, etc.), the group is affirming its international ambitions with the opening of subsidiaries in Europe in its sights.

"The combination of the three companies into a single entity represents a powerful lever, both economically, operationally and strategically. It allows us to pool our resources, optimize our processes and strengthen our position in the market," analyzes Xavier Bourgois, Financial Director of Panoptès Group.

"This reorganization is a direct response to the changes in our sector. It will allow us to capitalize on our strengths, better meet our customers' expectations, and accelerate our development on a national and international scale," concludes Claude Blanc, President of Panoptès Group.

In this dynamic of growth, Panoptès will exhibit at the MiliPol (November 18-21, Paris), Solutrans (November 18-22, Lyon), Tech For Retail (November 24-25, Paris), and Global Industrie and SITL in 2026.
