Sparck Technologies

At the SITL trade show, manufacturer Sparck Technologies will present a new carton loader compatible with its CVP Impack and CVP Everest automated packaging machines. The result is space savings and greater installation flexibility in the warehouse.

In the warehouse, every square meter counts. To optimize available space, Sparck Technologies is announcing, during its presence at the SITL trade show—which will be held from April 1st to 3rd at Paris Porte de Versailles—the launch of a new carton loading station. This station feeds its machines dedicated to the automated production of custom packaging for retail and e-commerce players.

More compact, this new station can load three widths of cartons instead of two on the same floor space, offering greater production capacity and greater savings on cardboard consumption. It also boasts great installation flexibility: it can be positioned remotely, in a mezzanine configuration, or beneath CVP machines, to optimize the use of available space. The loading process has also been simplified. It is no longer necessary to use a dedicated pallet truck. A standard pallet truck is now sufficient to insert cardboard strips into the station, thus halving loading time. Finally, this new loader contributes to improving working conditions for operators thanks to a redesigned ergonomic design and simplified handling of cardboard during loading.

At the show, Sparck Technologies will also showcase two other improvements to its systems: an automatic "auto infeed" system, positioned upstream of the machines and capable of handling single-item orders combining rigid and flexible products such as textiles, as well as a new configuration on the CVP Everest. In line with this flexible installation approach, it is now possible to configure the machine's conveyor line between the cardboard base creation module and the lid application module.

To allow visitors to discover its packaging machines at SITL, Sparck Technologies will offer an immersive experience using virtual reality headsets. Visit us at booth G027!
