BestReach SVL : le nouveau convoyeur pour véhicules légers d’UVOTec

Le distributeur du fabricant FMH Conveyors, UVOTec, lance la commercialisation d’un nouveau convoyeur à bande. Facile de manipulation, celui-ci mécanise le chargement et déchargement des colis dans les véhicules légers.

UVOTec ajoute un nouveau convoyeur à son catalogue. Son nom : le BestReach SVL, l’acronyme de « Small Vehicule Loader ». Un nom qui n’est pas sans rappeler celui du best-seller du distributeur exclusif en France de la marque FMH Conveyors, le convoyeur BestReach. Si ce dernier permet le chargement et déchargement de colis et produits en vrac à quai d’entrepôts dans les semi-remorques, le BestReach SVL est un modèle plus petit adapté aux véhicules légers assurant les livraisons dans les centres-villes.

« De plus en plus de chargeurs et prestataires logistiques ont une flotte de véhicules plus petits pour livrer les commandes passées sur Internet en centres-villes. Or, ces véhicules ne sont pas adaptés à la hauteur des quais qui ont été historiquement construits pour les poids lourds. Best Reach SVL est la solution qui répond parfaitement à cette problématique en mécanisant le processus de chargement et déchargement » explique Laurent UVO, dirigeant d’UVOTec.

Compatible à des convoyeurs flexibles motorisés, en mode plug & play, cette nouvelle solution de manutention est capable de supporter un poids de 50kg, pour une vitesse de convoyage modulable pouvant aller de 18 à 30 mètres par minute. L’ensemble est monté sur quatre grandes roues pour faciliter sa manipulation. Deux roulettes sont également positionnées à l’avant du convoyeur. Munies de crampons, elles stoppent le convoyeur arrivé en fin de quai, assurant ainsi la sécurité des opérateurs.
